Just finished physical therapy? We bridge the gap between PT discharge and full independent strength — safely, progressively, with clinical awareness built into every session. Serving clients across Marshfield, Duxbury, Pembroke, and Scituate.

Post-Rehab Specialty

Worried you won't be able to keep up in semi-private? Don't be. We can run a 25-year-old athlete and an 85-year-old retiree in the same session, each training at exactly the right level. Every coach knows how to scale and modify the program for any body, any starting point — so you're never in over your head, and never held back.

Programming That Scales

Your membership isn't just your sessions. Members are welcome to use the studio as their own private gym — during off-hours, on weekends, whenever the floor is open. There's always programming posted, and if you want something specific for a Saturday, we'll write you a workout. It's a private, fully-equipped space without the crowds, the wait, or the commercial-gym chaos.
